    Ordering and Payment Policy

    How can I place an order?

    Our website allows you to click on any item, amend quantities, then add to cart when you’re ready, then view and purchase items in the cart. If you choose to sign up for an account with us, it will allow you to track the status of your orders, view your order history, and save address information. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as the order may not always be amended once submitted.

    How do I know my order is confirmed?

    Once you have finished placing your order, you will immediately be provided with an order number. We will also send you an email confirmation with this number as well as full details of your order.

    How can I check my order status?

    If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you will be able to check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account.

    Do you have any discount policy?

    Occasionally, discount and promotional codes may be used as part or full payment.

    If more than one promotion is available simultaneously, each client will be eligible to use only one promo code per purchase and we would advise selecting the one code that provides the biggest benefit for you.

    What are the available methods of payment?

    Items are charged immediately as the order is placed. We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Jcb, Diners, Cartes Bancaires Discover) and debit cards (Visa Electron and Maestro). For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card may also require you to enter a debit/credit card number. Your debit/credit card will only be charged if the order total exceeds the amount on your gift card. In this scenario, you will be charged the outstanding order balance. The information on your debit/credit card will not be used for any other purpose.

    How do sale periods work?

    For products already in sales the discounting will be already applied. For those products, additional discounts and/or promo codes cannot also be applied.

    Do you offer Gift Cards?

    Yes, we do. A Canto Design Gift Card is the perfect thing for someone very special!
    To purchase a Canto Gift Card, simply select the denomination you would like, and you will receive a unique code by email which can be redeemed online.
    Please note that a Canto Gift Card will be sent to you only via email and it will expire in one year from purchasing. We recommend sending the gift card to your email address so you can forward it or print it out for your recipient.

    Redeeming Canto Gift Card

    To redeem the monetary value of a Canto Gift Card you must enter the unique code you had received at checkout then click Apply. The gift card holds a balance which can be spent over multiple transactions, as long as they occur prior to its expiration date.

    If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total simply select Place my order.

    If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the difference before placing the order.

    The balance remaining on the gift card is displayed on the order confirmation page, below the masked gift card code in the payment Information section.
